In case of Foriegn Nationals/ Residents, Registration and abstract submisssion is open only for the following categories
1. Foriegn Nationals holding valid Business visa.
2. Foriegn Nationals holding Official and diplomatic passport (not requiring prior Visa to visit India).
3. Registered participants who has already obtained Ministry of External affairs (MEA) clearance.
4. OCI card holders (Indian Nationals).
