Student Travel Grant Award

FHS-AFS will provide up to 10 STUDENT TRAVEL GRANTS

What does the student travel grant cover:
• Full registration fee
• Roundtrip economy airfare (most direct route)

The eligibility criteria to apply for a student grant are:
• You must be a student (master or doctoral student), or you must have completed your degree within 6 months (from March 1, 2025 onwards);
• You must have filled-in and submitted the registration form; and
• You must have submitted the abstract of your presentation online as presenting author of an oral presentation.
• You must have submitted full length manuscript to nsoodnbfgr@gmail.com with the subject ‘Application for FHS-AFS Student Travel Award for DAA 12’ on or before June 15, 2025 (For the format, kindly refer to Asian Fisheries Science Journal at https://www.asianfisheriessociety.org/publication/guideline.php)

Important dates:
1. Register (https://daa12.in/registration/index) on or before June 1, 2025)
2. Submit your abstract online and send full length manuscript (nsoodnbfgr@gmail.com) (deadline June 15, 2025)
3. Wait for the communication with the provisional student travel grant acceptance/rejection notification (by June 30, 2025)
